Prededintele Klaus Iohannis a promulgat , azi     21.12.2022, legea care prevede ca preşedinţii, vicepreşedinţii, secretarii generali, directorii economici şi trezorierii federaţiilor sportive naţionale, ai Comitetului Olimpic şi Sportiv Român şi ai Comitetului Naţional Paralimpic să aibă obligaţia declarării averii şi intereselor.

               

    Legea   completează în acest sens articolul 1 alineatul (1) din Legea nr. 176/2010 privind integritatea în exercitarea funcţiilor şi demnităţilor publice, pentru modificarea şi completarea Legii nr. 144/2007 privind înfiinţarea, organizarea şi funcţionarea Agenţiei Naţionale de Integritate, precum şi pentru modificarea şi completarea altor acte normative.

    Potrivit legii, vor avea obligaţia declarării averii şi a intereselor şi preşedinţii, vicepreşedinţii, secretarii generali, directorii economici şi/sau trezorierii federaţiilor sportive naţionale, ai Comitetului Olimpic şi Sportiv Român şi ai Comitetului Naţional Paralimpic.

                 1. WKF Approved Helmet

From 1^st January 2023 the use of the protective “WKF Helmet” or “WKF Face Mask” will be COMPULSORY in U14 categories.

From 1^st January 2024 exclusively the use of the “WKF Helmet” will be allowed for the U14 categories.

2. Penalties

The two existing lines of penalties will be unified in single tier system, through their unification and reduction in number. The Referee will take care of all warnings and penalties.

  Antonio Espinós Ortueta today was re-elected as President of the World Karate Federation at the WKF Congress being held in Konya (Turkiye). “Over the last years, we have taken Karate to unimaginable heights. Now it is time to continue working tirelessly to elevate Karate even more so to make our sport one of the most popular and beloved disciplines in the world,” Mr Espinós said.  

Head of the WKF since 1998, Mr Espinós stood unopposed for re-election, and he received unanimous support from the Karate community to continue leading the organisation for a six-year term.

94 delegates out of a total of 99 representatives with voting rights approved the re-election of Mr Espinós by secret vote thus designating the Spaniard as the WKF President for the period 2022-2028.
