Întâlnirea de lansare a legii consumatorilor pentru anul 2024 este pregătită

Întrucât IMM-urile sunt operatori economici apropiați de consumatorii lor, SMEunited, în colaborare cu BEUC și Eurochambres, își propune să formeze intermediari și consilieri IMM-uri în domeniul dreptului european al consumatorilor. Consorțiul a lansat următoarea fază a proiectului finanțat de Comisia Europeană pe 8 ianuarie.

As SMEs are economic operators close to their consumers, SMEunited, in collaboration with BEUC and Eurochambres, aims at training SME intermediaries and advisers on European consumer law. The consortium launched the next phase of the project financed by the European Commission on 8 January.

The 3 associations discussed with DG JUST and EISMEA the next 18 months of the project. On top of local trainings for SMEs, the dedicated website provides for online resources SMEs can freely access to learn more notably about precontractual information requirements, right of withdrawal, consumer rights and guarantees and unfair commercial practices. Trainers and SMEs can directly access national pages to find out about local trainings and information.

The Consumer Law Ready project, which started in 2016, is a specialist training programme for SMEs, helping them understand and comply with the latest EU and national consumer laws. The project covers both online and offline trade. SMEs can log in to find out about the next trainings.
