Vlad Marinescu has replaced Colin Webster as the President of the International Esports Federation (IESF), the organisation has announced.
Marinescu replaces Webster after the latter stepped down from his role due to “circumstances resulting directly from the COVID-19 crisis, and the ever increasing challenging situation in South Africa related to travel restrictions”.
Upon stepping down, Webster proposed to the board that Marinescu rise from Vice President to President, and that His Highness Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Sultan Al Nahayan should, in turn, replace Marinescu as Vice President. The board unanimously ratified the proposal. The pair shall hold their positions until the next Ordinary General Assembly.
It was also agreed unanimously that Webster remain on the board to continue in a support role “paying special attention to legal and financial matters.”
Two hundred horsepower is a perfectly decent amount of power for a small to medium sized car. It is a lewd and indecent amount to stuff into a motorcycle that weighs next to nothing and adheres to the road with two small tire contact patches that would add up to about the size of a credit card.

Straight outta Canada, the Damon's 200-horse, 200-Nm (147.5 lb-ft) electric powertrain will make this thing frighteningly quick, even if it is geared for 200 mph (322 km/h) out of the box. The battery is rumored to hold a huge 21.5 kWh, which should do good things for the range, but Damon is selling this thing more as a technology platform to push its Shift variable ergonomics, which let you move the seat, handlebars and footpegs, potentially on the move – as well as its Co-Pilot traffic-sensing haptics system designed to warn you about oncoming threats before you see them. An interesting bike for sure.
IVECO anunță reluarea producției la fabricile din Italia și Spania

IVECO, marca de vehicule comerciale a CNH Industrial NV, a anunțat că este gata să reia producția la fabricile sale din Italia și Spania, care au fost închise temporar în martie, pentru a proteja angajații și pentru a contribui la măsurile guvernelor locale pentru limitarea răspândirii epidemiei COVID-19.
Uzina de producție IVECO din Suzzara (Italia) a repornit producția pe 4 mai, în timp ce Brescia (Italia), Madrid și Valladolid (Spania) sunt gata pentru reluarea activității pe 11 mai. Compania s-a coordonat cu furnizorii săi pentru a asigura necesarul pieselor pentru o creștere treptată a producției, astfel încât cerințele clienților să fie satisfăcute.
Sănătatea și siguranța angajaților și clienților sunt prioritățile cele mai importante pentru IVECO, care a luat măsuri extinse pentru a garanta protecția acestora. Acțiunile includ igienizarea instalațiilor, a stațiilor de lucru și sculelor și furnizarea de echipamente de protecție personală, cum ar fi măști și viziere, mănuși și gel dezinfectant pentru mâini. POZIȚIA Clubului FC Rapid in legatura cu MARCA FC RAPID

Fapt – în anul 2018, FC Rapid a achiziționat în licitație publică, pentru suma de 400.000 euro plus TVA marca Fotbal Club Rapid.
Din anul 2019, FC Rapid se află în litigiu cu entitatea AFC care solicita anularea mărcii Fotbal Club Rapid, achiziționată la licitație publică. Litigiul este înregistrat la Tribunalul București în prima instanță.
Printr-o acțiune separată, clubul FC Rapid a solicitat instanței de judecată să interzică provizoriu, pe durata judecării litigiului anterior menționat, utilizarea mărcii Fotbal Club Rapid, achiziționată la licitație, de către entitatea AFC.
Ca urmare, prin ordonanța președențială, instanța a interzis entității AFC utilizarea marcii Fotbal Club Rapid până la obținerea unei sentințe definitive în litigiul de fond.
